No churn Pistachio ice cream

Pistachio icecream is a flavor of nut icecream. Pistachio icecream is green in colour. If you made our recipe of pistachio no churn icecream you can feel pistachio in every bite of it. Make sure to dry roast pistachios and let them cool before you grind them.

Ingredients

50 grams unsalted pistachio, without shells
1 can condensed milk(390 grams)
500 ml cream
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Green food colour

Procedure

1. In a small sauce pan, add pistachios and on medium heat dry roast all the pistachios. Dry roast until fragrant. Take them out and set aside to cool completely.
2. Once pistachios cool completely, grind them in a blender and set aside.
3. In a big bowl add your chilled cream and whip cream up to the soft peaks.
4. Add condensed milk and again start whipping cream upto stiff peaks. Add vanilla essence and whip it for one minute.
5. Add grind pistachio (leave some for the top) and gently fold in the cream. Add green food colour and mix well gently.
7. Add it in the container, sprinkle some pistachios on the top and let it sit in the freezer overnight or minimum of 8 hours. Serve and enjoy.
