Chicken Vegetable Soup

Chicken and veggies soup is very easy and simple to make and serve. Chicken and veggies soup is a great dish to serve your guests in cold weather. This recipe for chicken and veggies soup is a great balance of flavors. Make sure to try it before spring comes in and enjoy making it.

Ingredients

2 liters water
1 chicken breast with bones, cut it into 8 to 10 pieces
1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 small size onion, chopped
1 tbsp of salt
1 1/2 tbsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup peas
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 cup water

Procedure

1.In a big pot, add water and chicken, on medium heat let it come to a boil. Add onion and ginger garlic paste, mix it and partially cover the pot with a lid.
2. Add salt and pepper, mix it and bring it to a boil. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add chopped cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and peas and mix it. Partially cover the pot and Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
4. Take out your chicken pieces and set aside. Meanwhile let the veggies to cook in the pot.
5. Shred the chicken and take all the bones out of it. Put the shredded chicken back to the pot and mix it.
6. In a cup add corn flour and water mix well. Add it to the pot gradually while keep stirring. After 2 minutes turn off the flame and serve hot.
