Beef steak quesadilla

Quesadilla is a Mexican dish. Quesadilla is basically consists of a toasted tortilla bread, filled with spiced meat, veggies and a lot of cheese. After filling it with cheese, meat, veggies and again cheese, it ia toasted on skillet or grill pan until crispy and get that golden colour.

Ingredients

1/2 kg thinly sliced beef strips
1 & 1/2 tbsp of raw papaya powder
2 tbsp of steak seasoning
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp of hot sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
Butter
Thinly sliced onions
Thinly sliced Capsicum
Tortilla bread

Procedure

1. Take beef meat, cut it into thin strips and pound it. Add beef meat, raw papaya powder, steak seasoning, italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.

2. Add hot sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate it overnight in the refrigerator.
Next day, take out your marinated meat on the kitchen counter and let it come to room temperature.

3. In a grill pan, add 2 tbsp of butter. Let it melt on medium heat. Gradually start adding beef meat strips in the grill pan. Cook until done. It will take about 4-5 minutes. Take all out and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add thinly sliced onions and capsicum. Cook on medium heat until fully cooked.

5 Warm up some tortilla bread on a dry skillet. Grate some cheese on one side of tortilla bread. Break apart meat and add it above grated cheese. Add some more cheese on the top. Add some roasted veggies. Cover it from the other side. Lightly toast from each side. Cut each one in three triangles and serve.
