Beef kaleji fry

Beef liver is hard, so if you boil liver chunks first and then fry them makes a ton of difference. Beef kaleji fry is a traditional dish. Ingredients

1/2 kg beef kaleji, cut into small cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi

Procedure

In a pot add beef kaleji, salt, vinegar and water. Mix well and cover the lid. On medium flame let it comes to a boil. Open the lid, stir it well. Cover again and let kaleji to fully cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until it fully cooked.
Open the lid, and dry the liquid. When their is very little amount of liquid left, add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook again for 6 minutes. Add vegetable oil and mix well. Add cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds and chilli flakes. Mix well.
Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add salt, garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and done.
