Aaloo Ki Bhujia recipeAaloo Ki Bhujia(Urdu: آلو کی بھجیا Hindi: आलू की भुजिया ) is a very popular dish served with naan, Flat bread, Poori, or kachori. Aaloo ki Bhujia is the most simple potato dish I ever had. You just need hand full of ingredients for this recipe. This dish can be served as a side dish for any occasion. Also you can double or triple the batch if you want. As a home cook, I always try something in a smaller batch because I don’t want to waste a lot if it doesn’t work out for me. This is the most easiest recipe and I hope you like it.

Close the lid and let potatoes cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked, it really depends upon the size of potatoes so keep an eye on them.

4- As soon as liquid completely dries out and potatoes are fully cooked serve right away. you can serve Aaloo Ki Bhujia with flat bread, naan or simply as an appetizer. I hope you will enjoy this Aaloo Ki Bhujia dish as much as I do…
