Makes about a dozen and a half

Ingredients

All purpose flour:  ¾ cup
Melted butter or ghee:  ¼ cup
Confectioner Sugar:  ½ cup
Baking powder:  ½ tsp
Eliachi (Cardamon) powder:  ½ tbsp

PROCEDURE

Preheat your oven to 180° centigrade and line a baking sheet with some parchment paper and set aside.. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well.  Now slowly add all butter or ghee in the dry ingredients, and make a dough.knead it well with your hands.

After that make small size balls from the dough and press the balls with the palm of your hand,shape them in the form of biscuits. Just flattened a little bit, about quarter an inch thick (you can brush some egg wash on the top) Place all the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet..Bake them for about 14 to 17 minutes or until they are slightly golden brown from the edges. Allow biscuits to cool completely on a wire rack.
