Shaan is a renowned Pakistani film actor and director. He is the most successful actor of this era in Pakistan film industry. Shaan belongs to a showbiz family that is why this showbiz fame is not a new thing for him. Shaan make his film debut with “Bulandi” in 1990. This film was most successful film of that time. He becomes super star with his first film. Second film was “Nageena”. This film also got commercial success now shaan was the first choice of every director. He signed almost every film and that was his wrong decisions. Eventually his film becomes flopped one after other. After severel flops shaan give a break and become choosy in signing the film.

In 1996 Syed Noor approaches Shaan for his film “Ghunghat”. In this movie Shaan appeared first time in a villain role. This was a big change in his career, the movie got a huge success and after that he appears as villain in other films. Shaan also stepped in the field of direction. He directs the film “Mujhay Chand cheyay”. This film got a commercial success and got awards. In 2007 shaan worked in the film Khuda Ke Liye. This film is direted by Shoaib Mansoor. This film was got a huge commercial success not only in Pakistan but across the border also. This film was acclaimed as a revival of cinema in Pakistan. The performance of shaan in this movie is highly appreciated by viewers and critics. He got “Lux Style best actor award” for this movie. Shaan is presently working on his upcoming project “Chup”.

Shaan is also brand ambassador of well reputed companies of Pakistan like Mobilink. He appeared in different TV commercials. Shaan also worked in the music video “Khamaj” of Fusion band
